With over two decades of professional experience in business development, operations, and personnel management, I have a proven reputation for effectively guiding high-performing teams and individuals.

I have always had a strong affinity for people management, coaching and mentoring, and in 2019 I completed an Association for Coaching certification in executive and leadership coaching. Since then I have partnered with clients working for Google, PWC, LinkedIn, KBC Bank, Novartis, Salesforce and the IAASA, among others.

I am particularly passionate about career coaching, whether it involves enhancing skills, switching roles, or embarking on a complete career change. I also specialise in helping new managers successfully transition to leadership positions by providing guidance on areas such as performance management, communication, delegation and decision-making.

Beyond coaching, I have an extensive background in leadership, strategic planning, operational management and team building. In addition, I  have firsthand experience of guiding teams and individuals through significant organisational changes such as downsizing and redundancy, as well as periods of rapid growth and expansion.

I am originally from Clare in the West of Ireland but have lived in Dublin for the past 17 years. In my leisure time, I enjoy writing, playing, and recording music. I also like staying active, indulging in movies, following rugby, and occasionally gaming with friends.
